I am a certified naturopath and nutritional therapist graduated from the London-based College of Naturopathic Medicine, with distinction and merit attainments respectively. Over the years, I have been supporting clients with various health concerns and personal goals through in-depth consultations. Many are amazed to experience positive life changes once health is restored. 

I approach every client and health condition with dilligence and a 'detective' mindset, including understanding of early signs and symptoms so as to stop or prevent disease pathways. This is made possible by in-depth understanding of how different body systems work holistically, the precious knowledge and insights passed down by our naturopathic predecessors, as well as extensive health science research.

Understanding the root cause of health problems is the critical first step. Each naturopathic plan are customised base on client's health history since birth, and includes detailed investigations and findings. The recommendations covers dietary, lifestyle and nutrients aimed for sustainable health and is beyond symptomatic relieve.
