I am a certified naturopath and nutritional therapist graduated from the London-based College of Naturopathic Medicine, with distinction and merit attainments respectively. I have been supporting clients with various health concerns and aim to help them achieve their ideal life or personal goals through addressing their health concerns at its root.

My goal is to share knowledge and experience so you can take charge of your own health. I approach every consulting clients with dilligence and a 'detective' mindset, including understanding of both apparent and subtle signs and symptoms, to stop or prevent disease progression. This is made possible by in-depth understanding of how different body systems work holistically, through study of the precious knowledge and insights passed down by great naturopathic predecessors, as well as extensive health science research.

Understanding the root cause of health problems is the critical first step. Each naturopathic plan for the clients are customised base on their unique health history since birth, and includes detailed investigations and findings. The recommendations covers dietary, lifestyle and nutrients designed for sustainable health, beyond symptomatic relieve.

This integrative, root-cause approach is centered to my naturopathic practice, including consultations, workshop class, articles, protocols, cases or books.
